This video, dubbed the “I-do dance,” has been making the rounds on the ‘net today. When I watched it, all I could think was, This is the kind of joy and fun loving we should aim for all the time. “We” in the broadest sense, not just R and me.

R and I used to go dancing a lot. We’ve gotten out of the habit – the Burlington, VT music scene made it a bit easier than the Peterborough, NH one. Nevertheless, it’s time to dance again.
